Hello, I thought someone here might know this but a few weeks ago, I got a Delta 36-630 tablesaw for free. It was in really bad shape, the motor didn’t even start. I’m almost done restoring it and I got the motor working again. But I’m having a problem trying to align the pulleys. The bracket that attaches the motor base plate to the trunnions has a twist in it.

This causes the pulley on the motor to be at an angle to the pulley on the arbor where the saw blade attaches. Does anyone know if this is correct? The bracket doesn’t look like it was twisted but it wouldn’t surprise me if it was.
Can anyone confirm this? The twist causes the tablesaw to vibrate a lot but the motor runs really surprisingly smooth if I don’t have the belt on it. I didn’t even have to replace any bearings. The cast iron top also has a crown in it so I’ll be busy for a while with my hand scraper. Thanks for your help!
I have had the same problem with my 36-640 tablesaw. I ordered a replacement motor mount bracket from www.ereplacementparts.com, as well as a Fenner PowerTwist vibration reducing belt (. Csi Bridge 2014 Keygen Download. I received the drive belt first, and installed it on the machine, with the warped motor mount. Colombo Road Map Free Download. This alone dramatically reduced the vibration of the machine.
This belt is easy to adjust the length by adding/removing links. Just a warning if you use this belt, it is significantly more elastic than a normal v-drive belt, and the belt is tensioned by the weight of the motor, so you may need a link or 2 smaller length than your existing v-belt. I finally received the motor bracket, last night, and installed it this morning, with the new belt, and I couldn’t tell if there was any improvement the vibration. It did square the pulleys much better, which may improve the life of the belt. I would recommend trying the PowerTwist belt before you order the replacement bracket.
